30 minutes from uofm, wsu, emu. i have 1,000sq ft upstairs and 1,000 sq ft downstairs. 1 full bathroom upstairs, 1 full bathroom downstairs (brand new bathroom built in november). 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs. 1 living room upstairs, 1 living room downstairs. fenced in yard. i have two dogs, beagle/lab mix and shepard/aita mix. both well trained, loves everyone, only barks when people are coming up to the house. perfer not to have another dog but am willing to consider it. cats welcomes. if they get along with dogs (my dogs get along with cats). internet and cable included in price. i am 22 and going to emu, i am a lesbian with my girlfriend living with me but that doesn't mean i would turn down a guy roommate. note on basement room- there are no windows, currently dealing with leak in 1/3 of room when rains a lot, will be fixed more than likely before leak happens again, but the other 2/3 of the room is unaffected and still a decent room.
