hello my name is jewel im 21 years old and i have a 2bedroom duplex on the south east side of town in grand rapids,mi it's a nice small duplex for two people and i'm currently interested in sharing my apt. with another women i prefer more rather than a man also this may be great for a college student also who's looking for a roommate, and most importantly i would rather have a women who don't have any kids i don't have kids and really don't want to be bothered with anybody else's right now sorry.... -all utilities included- it's a very quite side street off of eastern i am the youngest person who lives on the street im surrounded by alot of older couples and i love it a whole lot..i only ask that you help provide food if you want to eat lol..you could move in as soon as today; the second bedroom isn't huge but it's big enough for one person and i have attached a couple pics of it below.. the bedroom is empty right now... most of all i'm interested in doing a mo. to mo. living term with you so no worries about having to sign a 6mo. to a 1year or more living term with me... and right now i'm only looking to have a roommate for at lease 3 to 6mos. though if we really connect i don't mind longer..
