im a female 22 years old perfessional and i have an apartment in indianapolis indiana 46224. roommate cant afford the monthly bills. its a 2 bedroom one bath apartment. you would be taking over the remainder of her lease which is about 9months. rent is 519 a month total so 260 a piece. water/electric/ renters inurance is not added on to rent. total a month you would be spending would be about 325-350 a month all together. we need someone asap. she has smoked inside the apartment, but i wouldnt if a new roommate came in. but there is also 3cats. contact raegarr08@aol.com if intrested or pictures.
