room for rent in very quiet house for very quiet or traveling personready for move in today
hi. we are looking for someone to rent our available small 9x9 room in our house.
they would need to be extremely quiet or travel a lot so noise wouldn't be an issue.
we have a couple people that live here that work different schedules so at all times most likely someone is sleeping, and need absolute quiet so they can get proper sleep, so we can't have doors slamming, loud tv's etc.
2nd floor room, so no stomping on floor
no pets, no smoking at all, no stinky or loud cooking at all.
you need to have a place to go during the day, we can not have someone that hangs out here all day, no visitors at all, everyone here needs to feel safe, please respect each others business & privacy.
lock on door, partially furnished, day bed available, dresser, tv,
cable, internet, water, electricity, garbage, gas, sewage included (all utilities included in rent)
we are located about a mile west of the strip near sahara and richfield.
$400 month + $400 last/deposit moves you in
