hello my name is chelsea and im looking to rent out a room. to start this is a big house with fun people. we are looking to add a business professional and(or) unlv student to the mix. we all love sports, espn, cooking, and an occasional beer pong game. we are laid back but also like to get some work done. in a roommate we look for someone who is responsible(can pay on time) and keeps to their word. it is also important they can stay clean and do not bring any trouble to the household. we have lived here now for over 4 months and love it, big back yard, people hardly home due to work and school, easy going feel, and clean. our roommate needs to uphold this within the household and he or she is good in my book. the house is one floor with 4 bedrooms. about 2,300sq/ft there are 2 rooms to choose from ! 1st room is 2nd master!=550 utilities/internet included shared bathroom with girl in left of pic ! 2nd room is smaller with double doors.=500 utilities/internet included furnished if needed! private bathroom if you have any question please do not hesitate to ask! im excited to meet our perfect roommate.
