four bed house, 2400 sq ft. two rooms open, semi private bathroom,only one occupant currently (me), 600 a month for everything (tiny bit extra for cable and internet) very close to the 215 freeway in a new area of town, very safe area, house is inside a security guard gated community within rhodes ranch

i do have a 7month old american staffordshire terrier so you must be ok with dogs! she is a sweetie!

i work a 9 to 5 and am home most of the time outside of work. no drugs!!! smoking outside is ok

i am a big fan of music! i would love to find roomies with the same interests! especially rock music, i go to a lot of concerts.

i am not a big partier and this is not a party house. i am not looking for someone who will be constantly in and out of the house at 3 or 4 in the morning....

i am pretty easy to get along with, i am very social and talkative, i cuss like a sailor and am not a religious person but i don't bite :) i keep an averagely clean house and ask you to be about the same.
