i am looking for someone to rent my room in the house that i am currently living in. i am looking for someone to rent this room asap. it is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in pelham, al 35124. it is a hardwood floor house with vaulted ceilings in living room, stoned fireplace, fenced in backyard and screened in porch (with outside furniture), 2 car garage, washer&dryer, etc. house is furnished expect for bedroom. you will be living with 2 other girls, amelia and abi. rent is $433, and utilities never go above $75. amelia and abi are working most of the time and are never really there.. i am looking for a female between the ages of 18-25. contact me via email if interested and i can send you pictures of the house.
