the 55+ community gives you access to the pool in the summer, the walking trails as well as my sunroom... includes all utilities and wifi...month to month lease. first and last month rent required. also within walking distance of downtown south lyon, only minutes away from kensington and 1-96, only less than 30 minutes to ann arbor, royal oak, farmington, plymouth, northville to name a few.
