this is a mobile home. we recently purchased and are renovating. we are not looking for "weird" situations. were a family looking to help someone in need of a warm happy safe place while trying to also help ourselves. we are very easy going and laid back. were in our 30's. we have 2 little boys. we are open to pets but i apologize prefer not dogs because of rules we have to follow. however its something we can discuss. so whatever your situation just contact me back everything can be discussed because communication is always the key. the room is not huge. it has a closet and would fit a twin maybe full size bed a dresser and a tv. you would have use of common areas. and this price would include almost everything. tbd also. due to the many many people who get interested and then leave people in a lurch. we're asking for a 100 deposit and upon move in it will be deducted from first months payment. we just ask you help clean up after yourself and supply your own personal items. have a great day.
btw we are on the border of warren and hazel park. minutes from 75 and 696 and right on bus route line. oh and if you are starting with nothing i am more than happy to help you find things such as bed etc.
