male and female roommates looking for a 3rd person. we have a 3rd floor 2 bed 1.5 bath 1,079sq foot apartment in ramblewood apartment. my old roommate is moving out and we need help with rent. you pretty much have your own bathroom, would only share it for the shower since its the only full bath. and the bedroom is a nice size for 1 person. base rent would be 308 then utilities so rent would around 350 depending on utilities. the apartment is always clean, has almost all furniture (waiting on a couch was roommates) and kitchen stuff so you would only need your bedroom stuff. but if you have more its ok. the room is painted but your welcome to change it if you want. we just have to paint it back white when
we leave. we do have a indoor pool and outdoor pool and a full health club, and free classes...the apartment is located on 44th street and really close to the colleges. i work downtown and its only 8.9 miles if you take 131. we do have 2 cats but are nice and clean. i have enclosed pictures but if you want more i can email them to you. we are looking for someone asap and will require a $100 security deposit. and 1st months rent....we pay on the 1st so you just have to pay what's ever is left in the month. a little about us.....i'm 28, my name is erin and adam is 40. we are both chefs so we are really laid back and fun to be with...and we work 2nd shifts. we are looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and not loud. if you have any questions just ask away....
