i am a masters student at smu in sacred music with a young daughter (14 months). i need a room for my mom, daughter, and myself which we would occupy 4 nights a week. i travel from houston each week for classes, and my mother joins us to care for my daughter while i am in class. we are non smokers, and my daughter is a very happy child that generally sleeps very well. she loves animals, though my mother is allergic to cats. we would prefer to be near smu or have a fairly quick route to smu. since i am a traveling seminary student and mother, i am looking for a room with utilities included for $500 or less. we would prefer a female landlord or a couple that would enjoy having an amazing child around.
