31yo clean and polite guy here looking for a respectful roommate. looking for rent at 250-450.i currently have a 1 bedroom in grandville but looking to maybe share the expenses with someone. really like grandville area or near by. i don't really need help but saving money doesn't hurt either. i am willing to look for a place together or just move in with someone. i do prefer a non smoker, no kids, no big dogs, and would really like my own bathroom but not required. i at times work out of town and leave for about a couple weeks. i'm laid back, quiet, respectful, and pretty much stay to myself. i'm usually up all night and tend to sleep during the day. i prefer a male but open to all so long your very clean and respectful with me and my things. i don't have people over much at all and would like the same. i'm pretty much a simple, plain, and kinda of a boring guy. i'm a big homebody and rarly ever go out. ask away if you would like to learn more about me. thanks.
