i'm a 41 year-old single male seeking to rent a room preferably in the livonia area, but am open to other nearby cities. i'm a non-smoker, only drink socially and have no pets. i am employed, but unable to afford an apartment at this time with just my own income. my goal is to try to keep my expenses low and save as much money as i can. i'm neat, have a quiet, laid-back personality and am very good about paying bills on time. i can also provide references if needed.
