hello! me and my fiancă©, john, are looking for a room to rent! i am moving all the way out from california to live with john, and we need a place to stay until i'm up on my feet. we are saving up as much money as we can before the day i arrive, august 15th. i currently have a job and am doing odd jobs so i'm not just looking to crash for free, and he has a pretty well paying job as well.we may have a cat or two, if that is okay with you, but if not we can leave them with his parents.
this will likely be short term housing as we search for apartments and i search for a job (which i'm starting to do right now).
neither of us smoke, drink, do anything crazy, plan to be up and making loud noises at all hours, and we both clean like crazy. i'm moving from out of state so i personally won't have many items, and he won't really either.
payment can be discussed, but we'd like to keep it as cheap as humanly possible as we only have so much money, but we are willing to do chores or anything you'd like to make up for that. i'm personally very good with animals and children, along with deep cleaning, so i'm willing to help in any way possible.
