** a plus if smart bus is within walking distance of your home. which includes in rent price all utilities and wifi internet access. kitchen (mini-fridge & freezer ok in room) laundry room, bathroom can be shared. i am very friendly, easy to get along with, very clean, i rarely drink, don't smoke, don't do drugs, i don't have a criminal record. i love animals but will not bring any, don't have any children, no spouse, i currently live in oak park but looking to move closer to my job location in walled lake usually mon-fri from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. i am a quiet person who usually stays in my room watching tv or listening to music on the internet or if you care to socialize we can do that too. i can provide proof of income, landlord references to show proof i paid rent on time and that i am a good tenant at in-person meeting. i am looking to move in as soon as possible and interested in renting a room from you long term instead of month-to-month. if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
