the room is 11x12ft ( 122sqft ), plus . . . a 25sqft walk-in closet, furnished with full size pillow top mattress and an oak desk. you will share bathroom with my other roommate. he's a dentist. he stays for 3 nights a week only. you will barely see him.

taking nursing at pima. i'm clean (not a clean geek , but i clean around periodically), quite organized and quiet as i spend time studying all day, but i'm also very easy. you're going to stay with 2 well-behaved, medical persons ! we don't smoke, don't drink, don't do drugs, don't have pets ( you know what to do ). however, moderate amount of alcohol is fine!

rent will be $450. all utilities are covered by me. one thing you should concern is we don't have cable here. $200 deposit which is refundable. month-to-month basis. however, i do offer further benefits for long term renter. split utility type of rent will be discussed.
